In this lesson you will learn how to order a coffee in English. The most common meeting point for students, friends, business meetings and social gatherings is a coffee shop. If you love coffee as much as I do then probably you look forward to ordering your coffee every morning. In this lesson you will learn different English phrases to order your coffee.
\nLet’s Start!<\/p>\n

1) The very first thing that you need to mention when you are ordering a coffee is the size of the cup you want.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The different terms used to order the size of the coffee cup are:<\/p>\n

Small \/ Medium \/ Large<\/strong><\/p>\n

At certain coffee shops the terms used for the cup size are\u00a0Tall \/ Grande \/ Venti<\/strong><\/p>\n


\n2) Types of coffee<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Espresso \u2013<\/strong> Coffee with no milk. It is brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans.<\/p>\n

Latte \u2013<\/strong> Coffee with steamed milk.<\/p>\n

Cappuccino \u2013<\/strong> Popular coffee with steamed milk and milf froth.<\/p>\n

Frappuccino \u2013<\/strong> Cold coffee with milk and ice.<\/p>\n

Mochaccino \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0cappuccino coffee containing chocolate syrup or chocolate\u00a0flavoring.<\/p>\n


\n3) Type of milk<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When ordering for your coffee you can also mention the type of milk you would like to have.<\/p>\n

Low fat milk \u2013<\/strong> also called as skimmed milk which contain only 2% of fat.<\/p>\n

Whole milk \u2013<\/strong> Milk from which no fat is removed<\/p>\n

Organic \u2013<\/strong> Milk that comes from the organic dairy farms<\/p>\n

Soy milk \u2013<\/strong> Plant milk which is produced from soaking the dry soybeans and grinding them in water.<\/p>\n


\n4) Flavors and Toppings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you would like to add\u00a0some flavors to your coffee then you can mention that too. Different\u00a0types\u00a0of topping and flavors are :-<\/p>\n
