\"Rays<\/a>Carlos Luis was born and brought up in Varca, Goa. At present he is a freelance journalist, book reviewer, blogger, poet, and short story writer. He took to writing when his debut short story titled, \u201cTwin Triumphs\u201d was published by \u2018The Hindu\u2019 newspaper. Recently, his short stories and poems have been published in many bestselling anthologies. He has also written for magazines and journals like, \u201cRally,\u201d \u201cSmart Companion,\u201d \u201cMother News,\u201d \u201cVision,\u201d and \u201cPrabodhana\u201d. He is also the winner of the title \u2018Mr. Agnelite 2008\u2019 from Fr. Agnel Higher Secondary School Pilar, Goa.<\/p>\n
