Tell us a little about yourself and your background?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, I googled myself this morning and here\u2019s what I found. \u201cNOTHING\u201d. Anyway jokes apart. Since most of you are not familiar with me\u2026
\nI come from a typical middle class family, not so orthodox. I worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for 2.5 years at Aeronautical Development Agency, a body of \u201cMinistry of Defence\u201d at Bangalore. I had a great learning experience of science and philosophy under the clear sky of intellectual scientists, colleagues & friends. Hence, I am a \u2018Mechanical Engineer\u2019 from JNTU-H but I would be more delighted to introduce myself as a Story-teller, Presently I am pursuing my MBA at Hyderabad.<\/p>\n

When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

It was during the first year of my working (2014) that I realized. There were many stories hoarded inside my head by then.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t find a perfect medium to vent it out. Writing came as an antidote for the pain of holding up the intense stories with in.<\/p>\n

Were you good at English?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No, but I eventually developed by reading a good number of books when I realized writing is the only economical or the best means to communicate my stories to the readers.<\/p>\n

How long does it take you to write a book?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

It depends upon the content of the book. \u201cA ROCK\u201d is a short love story which hardly consumes a maximum of ten minutes to read. Hence it didn\u2019t take more than a day to finish. My next work, a pure thriller which is titled as \u201cA CHOICE\u201d is a bit lengthier which takes the readers into a deep journey of Parallel Universe. That took me more than a week to finish.<\/p>\n

What are your ambitions for your writing career?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(Inspired by Matthew McConaughey) I always look up for the future \u2018me\u2019 as another person, who is far ahead and experienced than me. I compare myself to him. He is my aim which I cannot reach until and unless the time travel is possible. Hence I always keep learning and growing. There\u2019s no destination, only journey.<\/p>\n

What does your family think of your writing?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Though they keep their thoughts and feelings about my writing as classified as the defence documents, its plainly evident on their face and in actions that they are truly happy and satisfied.<\/p>\n

Which writers inspire you?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Stephen Hawking, Dan Brown, Carl Sagan, Ashwin Sangi.<\/p>\n

So, what have you written?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Give us an insight into your book<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s an impactful short love story which doesn\u2019t take more than ten minutes to read. It\u2019s about a prisoner sharing his experience of love and an intense dream to a group of fellow prisoners.<\/p>\n

What is the hardest thing about writing?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Writing is easy compared to the promotion in order to reach the maximum readers.<\/p>\n

What advice would you give to aspiring writers?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think I can give advice to someone. If it\u2019s a compulsion, then\u2026.
\n\u201cIf you want to be a writer\u2026 Just be it now.\u201d<\/p>\n
