Samrat Mukhra is an entrepreneur, a traveler and owns a restaurant in Chandigarh. He was brought up in Chandigarh and has spent most of his time living there.This novel is the author’s first attempt in writing a story that has been inspired by some incidents that took place in his life when he was younger.

Apart from reading and writing, the author is poetic by heart, is a guitarist, a canvas painter, loves listening to Sufi music, loves to party with family and friends, is a hardcore traveler who loves to explore different parts of the world, has also covered one half of India on his car and has a keen interest in knowing about the historic events that took place and how scientific knowledge comes into play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindly enlighten our readers about your debut book \u201cWhen Her Best Friend Kissed Me\u201d<\/a><\/strong>
\u201cWhen her Best Friend Kissed me\u201d is a story about a rich spoilt girl who just
fell in love with protagonist but got rejected as he fell in love with her Best
Friend. So her idiotic and funny yet scary reactions to rejection is story all about.

How much research and efforts were required on your part to complete the book?<\/strong>
It always require few research and imaginations with experiences which
helps to write a book but for me it was all around me the experiences,
imaginations and inspiration so it was fun for me because I enjoy writing.

How do you manage writing along with your profession?<\/strong>
I was always into writing poems and short stories so it was not tough for
me pulling out some time to write this novel. I always write between 10 pm
to 2 am which I call the peace hours so it never affected my work hours.

Self Publishing vs Traditional Publishing, which one do you prefer and why?<\/strong>
I don\u2019t think it\u2019s a preference whether it is traditional or self publishing till
you can reach out to your readers and print your stories.

Which International Authors inspire you?<\/strong>
Mitchel Albom, J.K Rowling and Paulo Coelho.

What according to you in unique about your books?<\/strong>
It\u2019s a short novel on romantic comedy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the most fulfilling part of writing? And what is the most challenging?<\/strong>
One can write his heart out on paper, nothing is more fulfilling than this.
The most challenging part of writing is how the story will end because a
perfect ending is what the most challenging part for any writer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have any suggestions to help me become a better writer? If so, what are they?<\/strong>
Just be original and unique and write what you want to, it will surely help
you become a better writer.

What is the next book that you have planned?<\/strong>
I have already written half of my next book and soon it will be in book
stores. It is a story about a Casanova and rest I cant disclose right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
