Awakening Consciousness: Awaken Your Inner Power

My quest for truth in this lifetime began when I was in Class 10. At that age I was very curious and filled with a lot of questions that were bothering me like:

What is truth?
What is this reality?
Why are things the way they are? Who am I?

This took me into a quest of self-discovery and reality. The things that I have come across make me wonder about their existence.

In the early stages when I was a young boy playing with my friends, I accidentally came across a board “Meditation” placed in the garden area of a house. This opened up a pandora’s box for me. From there on I had many mentors teaching various aspects of meditation, past life regression and life.

There was a time when I dropped everything for a while. This quote of Swami Vivekananda gave me hope – “Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life. Dream of it. Think of it. Live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone.”

This gave me a new vigour to take up one technique and practice it to the end and come to its rightful conclusion. This is when I brought discipline into my life and started practicing meditation daily.

I gave it everything I could and started practicing one technique in meditation. Then I had my first AWAKENING meeting with my Guide which changed my life a full 360 degrees.

Guide or Guru is very essential in the path of spiritual journey. Without them we are lost in this journey. I realized that each person has a guide with them who is guiding them from lifetime to lifetime. Your relationship with your guide is very special. They are in astral form and they come to you or communicate with you in different forms. Being open and curious will help to know your guides.

Some conclusions that I had reached during this journey in this time:

  • All religions lead towards God. And each religion has its own beliefs and ways.
  • Just having intellectual knowledge is not enough, you need to experience. Only when you experience does the transformation happen within.
  •  Follow your heart

This book is written as a workbook for you to start your own inner journey. The days indicate the sequence which you can follow. Keep a journal and make a note of all the thoughts that you get as you work on yourself.

For better results take time to contemplate on each message and work with it.
