To put in simple words, this book is a good choice if you like to learn the basics of real estates and gradually get to the core of it i.e., the book taught me the difference between investing and using the wisdom to do the same.

Let me rate this Book aspect by aspect.

    1. Title: 4/5 – plain, simple and elucidates the concept of the book in simple terms.

    2. Cover: 3.5/5 – neat and elucidates the concept pictorially which drew me to read the book.

    3. Content.

    a. Pros:

    Simple English

The concepts are arranged chronologically in terms of basic nature to advanced themes.

Simple questions followed by the answers in crispy way makes the reader get to the core of the theme without being lost

    B. Cons

No major cons as the book is more of an interesting textbook.
