Kindly acquaint our readers with “Awakening Consciousness”
There are 3 categories of people- First category are those who have learnt about various healing modalities, yoga, meditation etc. and have done lot of inner work in their life, they are aware there is more than just body and mind and are in search of methods and ways to know themselves deeply and to work in harmony with the universe.
Second category of people is those who have come to meditation or yoga because they feel stressed and want to find some peace.
Third category of people is those who are in this cycle of eat-work-sleep and stuck in a rat race. They are not aware of anything or have not made an attempt to really understand the inner working of mind.
Whichever category you may fall in; this book Awakening Consciousness will add value to your life and will change the way you perceive things. This is written in self-work style so not only do you get to understand the complex concepts but also get to work along with it.
How did “Awakening Consciousness” happen? Could you describe the journey?
When I was sitting in meditation, I was guided to share these valuable insights that can help a person in his own Awakening. This book is an outcome of this and includes 91 articles that help in one’s spiritual journey.
It’s a journey from being a logical minded engineer to actually connecting to my intuition and passion. What started me of on this journey was my meditation which lead to explore various aspects of consciousness through inner work, healing modalities and yoga.
You are an Inner Transformation Coach, Past Life Regression Therapist, Energy Healer, Meditation & Yoga teacher. How did you manage writing this book along with your profession?
I believe that all big things can be done by taking one step at a time. The book is very much related to my passion and an outcome of all that I learnt playing various roles in my journey. I sincerely felt this should be known to everyone as it can change their life forever. And therefore I wrote this book one concept at a time.
How much research and efforts were required on your part to complete this book?
All that is written in the book is from experiential knowledge so it has taken years of exploration, research and experiencing it first-hand.
Which writers inspire you most?
Paulo Coelho for his Alchemist, Dan Brown for his series of thriller novels like Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci code etc. and Jeffrey Archer for his Prisoner of Birth.
How would you like to inspire the creative people wishing to make their career in the field of literature?
Now there are various publishing houses or even self-publishing has enabled the writers to reach the people easily. So, I would say if you have a story to share you should just go ahead, you never know how you add value to someone’s life by just sharing that which is the outcome of your creative work.
What Next? (in terms of future projects)
Next, I am working on creating a workshop for Chakra illumination. A deeper dive to the works that we do in Kundalini Tantra.
